General terms and conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and describe the legal responsibilities between www.culto.store and the Customer. By placing an order in our online store, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these general terms and conditions of use. The present purchase conditions have been exposed in due time, in accordance with the legislation in force.

www.culto.store is an e-commerce website owned by CULTO PROYECTOS S.L.U. located in Barcelona (08021) c/ Laforja nº 85-87 local 1 with CIF B-67435693.

In order to place an order through the Website, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years or older) and must be the end customer. Minors are expressly excluded.

All the contents of the website www.culto.store are the exclusive and worldwide property of CULTO PROYECTOS, S.L.U., including, without limitation, reproductions of the articles, graphic design, logos, images, texts, illustrations, photographs, brands and other distinctive signs, in any of the programming languages used or usable, as well as all the operating and development software of the website. The reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, making available to the public, transformation, transfer and any other act or modality of exploitation, in any online or offline format that has not been authorized by the owner of the rights of exploitation, are expressly prohibited.

The delivery time varies according to the brand and product, and is indicated inside each of our files. As we work with products from all over the world, Culto cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies or complications in production. However, Culto will promptly inform you of any delays. There is also the possibility of variations in the delivery days during the summer season or the temporary rest of the factories due to holidays.

Coverage of the offer

The products offered are distributed throughout Europe, with the exception of those countries that do not appear in the selection list in the shopping basket.

www.culto.store reserves the right to modify the contents, products or services marketed from the website, as well as the commercial offers presented at any time.

www.culto.store makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website in a truthful and error-free manner. In the event that at any time there is any error of this kind, at all times beyond the control of www.culto.store, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and any Customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, www.culto.store will inform the Customer of the error and the Customer will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on his part.

www.culto.store is not responsible either directly or indirectly for any of the information, contents, statements and expressions contained in the products marketed by www.culto.store. Such responsibility lies at all times with the manufacturers, producers or distributors of such products. The Customer understands that www.culto.store is a mere intermediary between him and such manufacturer or distributor.

Purchase guarantees

Each product is accompanied by the following data (where applicable):

  • Article description
  • Composition
  • Time of delivery
  • Price (including VAT)
  • Product customization (color, measurements, etc)

www.culto.store has made an effort to show the colors of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the products displayed may be subject to variation depending on the quality of the computer monitor. In this regard, www.culto.store cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor are a true reflection of reality.

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated or while stocks last. As a general rule, discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise indicated.

Purchase procedure

  1. Items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding "Add to Cart" button.
  2. The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, its name, photograph, unit price, quantity and price (taxes included, not including shipping or assembly costs). In the shopping cart the Customer must indicate where the product is to be sent and choose the method of delivery. The shipping and assembly costs will depend on the place selected for delivery.
  3. The order form will ask for the customer's personal and billing data, as well as delivery data and payment method. These data will be incorporated into our database in order to be able to process the order and facilitate further purchases at www.culto.store.
  4. Once the purchase order has been completed, and before the order is sent, a summary will be presented identifying the article/s purchased, their total price (transport and taxes included) and the shipping details. The order must be confirmed by clicking on the "Buy" button, which will be enabled once the general sales conditions have been accepted.
  5. Purchases will be paid by credit or debit card, by bank transfer to the following account: ES91 0049 0540 8124 1036 6264 (BSCHESMM). It is very important that in the SENDER or ORDERING field you indicate your name, or that of the person making the payment by transfer. In the "SUBJECT" you must indicate the order number. No other forms of payment will be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the secure payment gateway once the data provided has been verified as correct.
  6. Once the transaction is confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website itself.
  7. An e-mail will also be sent, with a description of the order and the personal data that has been communicated. The non-reception of this message may be due to some transitory problem of communications in the network or to some writing error in the communicated e-mail address. In both cases, it is advisable to contact www.culto.store.
  8. Promotions and Offers: Products that are on Promotion or under Discount will be exempt from "Free Shipping" for deliveries outside Spain.

Product Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability and, in this regard, if there are difficulties in supplying them, or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order such replacement products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

Refusal to process an order

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content on this website. While we will endeavour to process all orders at all times, there may be exceptional circumstances which may require us to refuse to process an order after the order confirmation has been sent. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for the removal of any product from this Website, whether or not such product has been sold, or for the removal or modification of any material or content on the Website.

Currency and taxes

The prices on this website are shown in Euros. The Customer will always know the price and characteristics of the items offered prior to their purchase, these being detailed and determined on this website. Prices in Euros include 21% VAT.

Payment and security

In order to give the maximum security to the payment system, www.culto.store uses the Redsys secure payment gateway. In this way, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payment by Visa and MasterCard, www.culto.store only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When you pay through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect to the bank that issued the card, which will ask it to authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the credit card issuing bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

Shipping and delivery method

In case the customer chooses the transport and home delivery, the transport of the purchased items will be done through the transport service contracted by www.culto.store. The estimated delivery time is that indicated at the time of purchase. To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill out the corresponding form, also filling out the box relating to the contact telephone number.

Shipping costs depend on the destination of the shipment and will be indicated before the time of purchase.

The transport costs quoted on the WEB as well as free transport for some European countries exclude islands or territories that are difficult to access. In this case, the order would be subject to a personalized estimate including the best transport quote, which would be sent to the customer for his approval. If not accepted, Culto will proceed to the full refund of the amount paid and cancel the order immediately.

Shipping Costs for Promotions and Offers: Products on Promotion or under Discount will be exempt from "Free Shipping" for deliveries outside Spain.

If we do not have stock, the maximum waiting period is 90 days from the order confirmation, with possible increase for custom-made products. Deliveries that cannot be made due to difficulties of access will be at the expense of the customer both on the way there and on the way back. They must notify any details to facilitate the delivery. Prices do not include assembly for items that require it. The material is delivered fully packed and protected inside its box. If for any reason you order the unpacking of it before its final destination, any damage caused will be out of our responsibility.

Delivery will be made by making the product available by www.culto.store or by a third party on behalf of www.culto.store at the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase order. The Customer assumes the risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the products from the time the products have been made available to him under this clause. In the event that the products are damaged due to transport, the customer must indicate the anomalies on the delivery note of the carrier. In this case, www.culto.store will repair or replace the defective products as soon as possible. The lack of observations of the customer at the time of delivery is equivalent to its full compliance with the products received.

Product warranty

In general, unless expressly provided otherwise, all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years in accordance with the law. In order to claim the guarantee, the presentation of the invoice of the purchase is required, which will be included in the shipment of your order. The warranty does not cover displacements, nor defects caused by blows, scratches, improper use or normal wear and tear of materials.

The guarantee for home furniture and upholstered furniture (sofas and armchairs) for a period of two years will be invalidated for damage caused by transport, accidents, improper use and other damage not due to normal use of the product by the customer after the order is placed. This guarantee only covers damage caused by transport before the product is made available.

Customer rights and return policy

www.culto.store does not guarantee its Customers the availability or the delivery time of the products offered from the website, except for the products in which a certain guarantee or availability is expressly mentioned (products in stock).

www.culto.store guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their order from stock at any time and without any cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been prepared and made available to the carrier for shipment, with the exception of items ordered on order.

The Customer will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to terminate the contract and return the product purchased. The date of the receipt certifying the delivery will serve for the purpose of calculating the 14 calendar day period referred to in this clause. The Client will communicate to www.culto.store within the stipulated term and by any means admitted in right, his desire to exercise the right of resolution of the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and invoice issued to www.culto.store to the following address: CULTO PROYECTOS, Calle Laforja 85-87 local 1, 08021 Barcelona. Or we can take care of the collection.

Returns will be accepted of those products that present/display breaks due to causes of the transport, for it the Client will have to make it consist in the stub of the own transporter at the time of the reception, if it noticed that the article could be damaged (crystal) or the packing was deteriorated.

Shipping and collection costs in case of return (provided it is not a factory defect) will be paid by the customer. The Customer may return any item purchased in the online store of www.culto.store provided that they are products in stock (delivery 2-4 days) and the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. www.culto.store will refund the Customer the amount paid less the transport costs within a maximum of 30 working days after receipt of the product in our warehouse, provided that the product was received by www.culto.store under the conditions set out in the preceding paragraph. In the case that the returned products had some damage, the Customer must compensate www.culto.store the amount corresponding to such damage, deducting www.culto.store that amount from which it would reimburse the customer as a result of the return. The refund of the purchase amount will take place through the means of payment by which the Customer would have made the same. In cases where the payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account indicated by the Customer.

IMPORTANT: By exception, the right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases: When it is a question of products such as sofas, armchairs and other furniture that have been made expressly at the request of the client (choice of upholstery, size, colour...) and when they are ordered to order.

If a product other than the one requested by the Customer is delivered by mistake from www.culto.store, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the Customer. Customer obligations

The Customer of www.culto.store is committed at all times to provide true information about the data requested in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

The Customer accepts these general conditions contained in this contract.

Applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send you be in writing. By using this website, you agree that most communications with www.culto.store will be electronic. For contractual purposes, the Customer consents to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that any contracts, notices, information and other communications that we send to you electronically comply with the legal requirements to be in writing. This condition will not affect your statutory rights.

www.culto.store, will provide the Customer with an identifier and a password (as the case may be, chosen by the Customer). The Customer agrees to keep his personal access codes confidential and with the utmost diligence.


The notifications that you send us should be sent preferably through our contact form or in the e-mail: hello@culto.store.

Notifications will be deemed to have been received and correctly made at the very moment they are posted on our website, 24 hours after an email has been sent. To prove that the notification has been made, it will be sufficient to prove that the e-mail was sent to the e-mail address specified by the recipient.

Events beyond our control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations under a Contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").

Force Majeure" shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
  • Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or threat, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparations for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster
  • Impossibility to use trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
  • Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
  • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments.
  • Strike, failure or accident of maritime or river transport, postal or any other type of transport.

Our obligation to perform under any Contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period that the "Force Majeure Event" continues, and we shall have an extension of time to perform our obligation for the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution by which we can perform our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.

Preservation and archiving of transactions

The archiving of the transactions made is carried out on a reliable and durable support on the server of www.culto.store.


At www.culto.store you can make purchases 24 Hours a day 7 days a week, all year round, as long as the technical means allow it. It is thus exonerated from any responsibility for possible damages caused as a result of the lack of availability of the online store. In these cases, www.culto.store will make its best efforts to give 24 hours notice of the interruption. www.culto.store will not be responsible for the interruption, suspension or termination of the online store service.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions of purchase are subject to Spanish legislation, therefore the sale operations will be understood to be carried out at the address of www.culto.store. In case of any conflict or discrepancy the competent jurisdiction will be the one established by the Spanish legislation in its law of consumers and users.

If any clause included in these General Conditions were to be declared, totally or partially, null and void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness would only affect that provision or the part of it that is null and void or ineffective, with the rest of these General Conditions remaining in force, with such provision being considered totally or partially as not included.
